Aquacize A one hour class designed to elevate your heart aerobically. Work on stretching
strengthening, and improving your cardiovascular system all while having fun. The exercises
are designed for participants who have had knee surgeries, bad backs, mild arthritis, etc...

Water Aerobics I A low impact workout that uses water resistance exercises to produce muscular strength and toning, as well as strengthening the cardiovascular system. This 60 minute class is
performed in a safe and fun social environment with upbeat music and motivating instruction!

Water Aerobics II This class takes you through high energy moves that will elevate your heart rate and improve muscle strength. Upbeat music, routines, and exercise variations are taught.

Cardio Splash A vigorous pool workout designed for the participant with aqua experience. You'll burn calories while working all your muscle groups!

Twinges and Hinges This class consists of gentle, low intensity exercises performed to maintain/improve range of motion. This class will help strengthen muscles and/or reduce muscle weakness caused by muscle disuse. The warmth and buoyancy of water can decrease pain and/ or stiffness and help maintain joint flexibility.

Aqua Zumba Splash your way into shape with an invigorating low-impact aquatic exercise. Integrating the Zumba philosophy with traditional aquatic fitness disciplines. It is all blended together into a workout that's cardio-conditioning and body-toning.

Sliver Splash Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety! SilverSplash® offers LOTS of fun shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special Silver Sneakers kickboard is used to develop strength, balance, and coordination.

Aqua Bootcamp This challenging workout will give you an extra push to surpass your comfort zone.
