Fitness Center Orientations
The St. James Club Fitness Center is designed to offer a wide variety of resistance exercises to strengthen the major muscle groups. In order to exercise safely and effectively, all members should know how to operate the equipment properly. As a courtesy to our members, the St. James Club offers free equipment orientations in the Fitness Center. Orientations provide you with a basic introduction to the fitness center. All members are encouraged to take advantage of this FREE service! Personal Training also available.
“START SMART” Start your exercise program off on the right foot with start smart, a personalized exercise program created for you by your personal fitness coach. Work one-on-one with your Fitness Coach to set up the best combination of cardiovascular exercise, upper and lower body strength training, and stretching to help you achieve your fitness goals.Your program is designed specifically for you! Appointments are scheduled at your convenience. This package has been designed to benefit people at all health and fitness levels. However, it is especially helpful for beginners, individuals with health concerns, those unfamiliar with the St. James Club fitness equipment, and anyone who wants to achieve their health and fitness goals.
